Chocolate Cake (90cals)





  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder


  • 1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a mug together.
    2. Add the milk, and mix the ingredients together, making sure there are no clumps of cocoa powder.
    3. Put the batter in the microwave for 90 seconds.


    Notes: Plain flour is preferred, but self-raising flour works too. Though make sure to add a cover on your mug if you do use self-raising flour, as when I used it the batter exploded all over my mug.
